Individually superb and together one of the super groups that have emerged since traditional music courses started to produce numbers of graduates.

Playing, singing and step dancing....wow from our members each time they have been at the club. They have a huge following now and richly deserved!

About The Shee April Tour 2011:

The Shee are looking forward to hitting the road again to further promote their new album, Decadence, released in Autumn 2010 to critical acclaim. Since its release, Decadence has been selected to feature in both the fRoots Playlist and the Songlines 'Top of the World' along with making it into the prestigious World Music Charts.

The new album also saw The Shee nominated for Folk Band of the Year in the Scots Trad Music Awards and in the Spiral Earth Awards for Best Group and Best Traditional Track.

Broadcaster and Blazin' Fiddles member Bruce MacGregor named Decadence as one of his top albums of 2010.

'This band have the invention, innovation and intelligence to stand out from the crowded scene and further to evolve and thrive in producing thoroughly  imaginative contemporary music.'
