Hello ethnomusicologists!
PLEASE NOTE: EARLY KICK OFF FOR THE CLUB
This Thursday we have the hugely talented Scalded Cats.Local performers with a range of musical instruments that would make many music shops jealous.
Jim Hyndman and Bob Aimer are multi talented, multi instrumentalists whose tastes in music are as eclectic as the musical instruments.Cajun, Zydeco, Blues, Country, Americana, Bluegrass, Scottish, Irish and English and the occasional accordion tune from Europe.
Sandy has often referred to them as a sampler band from the Ore Delta.
Combining their multi talents with the huge fun and occasional superb joke and with audience participation on an unheard of scale makes the Cats very firm favourites with club members.
Join us and find out what causes the buzz that is the Scalded Cats.
DOORS OPEN AT 7.30 AND MUSIC STARTING AT 8pm.
Hopefully then folk can get home on the same day they set off for the gig!
Pieces and healthy options as usual.
GET OOT AN HAVE SOME FUN!!!!
