Tonight sees the very welcome return of club member Al Hughes, playing the blues, just for youse.
You will know that in another life Al is the singer with the famed Lights Out by Nine, but as a solo performer he is a fabulous blues man.
Self penned blues give a modern interpretation of a traditional music genre. Add covers of his own favourite blues performers and Al always mark this out as a favourite night for club members.
All you old rockers and bluesers need to remember that this gig starts at 8.30. No use wandering in at 10.30 half spliffed expecting Al to start the gig then!
